The Iraqi War is now the Barack Obama War. With the recent death of four young American troops in Mosul North of Iraq and it happened on his watch, then it is the Barack Obama war. President Barack Obama should take the iniative and anoounce shortly some troop brigades withdrawl. So be it if he does not do that than the Iraqi war that he had inherited will be his war.
