Queen Nefertiti Bust should remain at the Berlin museum in Germany. Egypt have thousands of artifacts as such and European museums display many of the Egyptian artifacts very respectably. Queen Nefertiti Bust is well displayed at the new Berlin museum and thousands of people or more enjoy seeing it every month. So lets not deprive these people of such cultural treasure.
Egypt can make copy for themselves if they want.
